Here is my animation. It is not the best, but I would like feedback on it.

I like it! It’s really neat. The only thing that could use some improvement in my opinion is the animation when the person gets out of the chair. The character just kind of slides out of the chair in a fast and slightly glitchy movement. Also now that I take a good look at it, the person flying randomly looks a bit strange. Besides that, wonderful job! 
First things first, the hand movements are too linear. Make them more quick, and jerky, like in real life. Second: the person flying just looks weird. improve that part of the animation. And the persons legs are literally inside the chair, like what? Also be sure to improve the person getting out of the chair and walking animations. The punch is neat, but the back and legs need to snap along with the head, just the head being snapped is too unrealistic.
