How do you expect us to give us feedback if its an MP3 file? I thought this was an Animation.
It’s an audio file, not a video file.
To record your screen download something like OBS.
I don’t know what’s wrong with everyone else’s, I see it just fine. Mine shows up as a video.

I saved the file and opened it using VLC. The animation does look good, is it looped?

Its good. I am not an animator so i don’t know what took 2 hours on this. But its good job !

It’s looking more like someone that swing theyr arm up and down insted of a shake. I am not an expert in animations, but I think you should make that the hand go from down to middle then you can add some little fast shakes and then the arm returns back down. It might look more realistic like this, but once again, I am not an expert. Good luck!
Feedback:
I think its a good start and a good first attempt. I feel like its too quick and the person is too statue like. Try and add more movement to the torso, right arm and slow the left arm and head.

I was able to see the video just fine. Weird.
It’s good but very basic, animating is a very easy skill to learn and I’m sure you can do some amazing things.
