Click on the UIGridLayout and find the property HorizontalAlignment and change it to Center or Right.

You could probably add more colour, for example the gear types text box can have grey around it not just black.

You should find a color that is right for you. Experiment a little.

do you think i should add like a 3d effect to the frames? and maybe a ui gradient?

Maybe not the 3d effect but the UI Gradient is worth a shot.
by 3d effect i mean like a frame a little under the other frames
If your trying to achieve a modern look don’t use layers on layers to create a 3d effect. I would use Better Drop Shadow - Roblox as it can create good drop shadows instead of the 3d effect.
