I would say maybe in the main room or scattered around the complex. Add some waiting areas and maybe a coffee table area as like a waiting room/space.
The details the chairs need, I think, is some outline to the edges, see the picture for reference.
The middle circle shows that there is depth between the two parts : the part where the player sits on, and the rectangle underneath it.

Seems great to me! I like the minimalistic and simple touch, But maybe you could fill the empty spaces with posters, benches, tv’s, plants, tables or etc, Its looking really good! the only problem i have is (sorry for being a perfectionist) but the windows on the right side are unalligned with the left ones, if you could fix that detail, Then its really good! keep going

Maybe some typical “Wanted” or police report posters? maybe also a calendary near the main desk

Looks good but the walls are kind of bland. I would say add more picture frames or a calendar maybe, a bulletin board for the police. Just ideas.
there is one calendar in the room, but unfortunately you can’t see it
it’s on the wall behind the computers
