For starters the lighting is very bland, the ice cream isn’t in her hand
(If it’s suppose to be in a hand), and her arm in the background is poorly rigged.

Looks visually appealing!
I would advise adding a question mark after “Job” and then changing “HIRING” to “NOW HIRING!”
Other than that, maybe change it so the hand is holding the ice cream more?

It looks quite fuzzy and pixelated for the text and the overlay elements. Did you increase the size of the image after making it or something?
Make sure you export to the resolution you plan to use for the final advert to avoid that. It’s bearable for the thick text, but the thin text gets distorted to the point where I wouldn’t want to pay for this.
The 3D rendering part looks really nice except for the randomly placed ice cream. I’d probably put it in somebody’s hand otherwise it seems a bit too random of an addition.

As others have mentioned, you’d probably be successful pricing GFX like this in the low-to-mid hundreds of Robux.
In terms of feedback, I’d recommend adding a question mark to the “Looking for a job”. I’d also recommend adding what the group/game’s name; the ice cream doesn’t make it that obvious.
