Everything! The decoration in the path, the build, the lake with flowers, the entire build is one and it’s filled with stuff so people have a lot of things to look at

This just makes me feel overwhelmed and triggers my claustrophobia. There’s so many things you show in one image and I really can’t get what you’re trying to do.
Everything is really separated in the map, plus we’re gonna make it so you can swim around, this is giant and like 7 persons fit in the middle of the path 
You have too much lights going on, and it’s really fighting my eyes about which one should I focus at. Because lights can create emphasis for our eyes to focus, and because you added too much lights, there’s so many things my eyes wanna focus and it’s making my eyes tired.

I think you should make the neon part less bright by increasing its transparency.
The current build look great but it’s kinda hurt my eyes when I looks at it for too long.

I agree with @ItzMeZeus_IGotHacked , there is a bit too much going on here. It’s a lot of stuff put into a small space. I suggest making the area bigger or using less stuff.
Unactivated PCs don’t get windows updates, so waiting is practically pointless, unless you’re up for completely nuking your PC to fresh install when official ISOs release.
On Topic, it’s way to bright. I wouldn’t want to spend too long on the game merely because you’re emphasizing too much stuff.
Neon + Glowy Stuff ~= Really good build.
Tone it down a bit, and I’m sure it’d look just fine, in fact, even better at that. There’s not much being contrasted and too many colors could make someone get confused on where to go when they’re in the game themselves.
Overall, pretty decent.
