Feedback on training quiz

I totally agree, I wasn’t really thinking on what aspect to portray, either the application side or the training side of things. Even the owner didn’t know, although it still provides the user some important information:

How many warnings do exploiters get:

&

How many warnings do trollers get:

I did not know what aspect to go for, although will hopefully be adding cutscenes, text & more aspects towards future development.

How about instead of logging, use a github autoranker?

I like the GUI and the color! It looks great!

My only problem is that some of the answers are subjective (such as what you would say when greeting a customer), and some don’t really matter when playing the game (such as when the place was founded and who the founder is, although the founder question could be useful just in case you want to get in contact). What are the questions now? I’d like to know!

When I meant questions I would mean the answers would’ve changed, different messages & stuff new format on stuff, but the questions some of them will remain the same but for example, the when it was founded one will change as well as a few of them.

It’s to prevent anyone “cheating” their way. I’m thinking of making it different for each server?! Maybe that would be a better-way of managing it!

Later via development it will change a lot, I’m thinking of making cutscenes, of the kitchen & how to make stuff, locate it and staff conduct. This will all fall back on the training center if we want a unique one or a “usual” training center.

I was thinking of making a auto-ranker although it then revolved back to another issue that happened this year of ROBLOX ranking & the API of it being changed, and if that happened / I resigned from Whippe they would run into the issue, which I wouldn’t be there to fix. Although if they did get a new developer that wouldn’t of been an issue.

I will take into consideration of this, thank you.

It was also to check for exploiters, there would be a time-taken for the application to check if they fired the passed remote even though I’ve secured it now.

As we speak I have been given another project for an event center of Whippe, which will be showcased tonight maybe?! Seeing as everyone loves my UI style which I really, really respect. All of my ideas are original (most of them), for example this training quiz was my own idea & the UI was too. Anywho, thank you for the huge support on these projects and I cannot wait to open-source stuff for everyone!

Looks perfect :star_struck:

Maybe change it from ‘training quiz’ to ‘application center’ or whatever meets and fulfils your preferences.

The cutscenes are a great idea! It would be good for players to get a view of their workspace and how to use things, so they wouldn’t go around testing things that they don’t need to.

As for the questions/answers, that’s great to hear! Sometimes subjective stuff isn’t too good, especially not in a training center as people would think differently from others (except when asking how you would structure your greetings, because good grammar is always welcomed!).

I’m glad to hear that you’ll be changing some things! All of this stuff you’re adding will make the game and training center a great place and a fun experience (see what I did there?).

I can’t wait to see Whippé when it’s done! Good luck on your journey!

I really like it! my only feedback is that the background is kinda plain, a pattern would be cool.
Something like this but blue maybe?

I was thinking of making a automatic preview of the cafe, although seeing as it is still in development I made it a gradient for the time being.

Haha! I love that people get my type of humour anywho, thank you!

That’s a well-made application centre! Seen a lot of these before and I love the accessibility they provide.

However, I presume these applications shouldn’t be taken out in the open, as it’s easy to find answers throughout the group. You could make it so the user fails the application and can’t do one within a day if they tab out of the game, so it really tests them on these questions. If you’re wondering how to achieve this, use UserInputService.WindowsFocusReleased - you could warn them about this so it won’t cause annoyance, otherwise, it’s their choice.

I was thinking the same think of a time-limit / limit on each day / week you can apply for example, you can only apply 3 times a week = 3 times during the week, and thank you for providing a resource to this. Will ensure to use it in the future!

That’s great, best of luck in your career!

I love the UI and the weird answers (it literally made me laugh with tears!), but maybe make the transitions a bit more unique, since fading away is pretty common. But overall, I think it has lovely UI and has a lot of potential!
