Fervent - Role Information 
Every rank has many responsibilities. These can range from serving customers to managing and supervising the cafe. This document has been written by our staff for those who would like insight regarding how to do their job across all Fervent experiences. This forum is compiled with information about each rank and role, and also includes a maximum player limit of certain ranks that can hold that position.
Guest Rank Descriptions

Customer - [Unlimited]
Customers are visitors of Fervent who are looking for a job or are ordering something off the menu. They can chill, relax, and engage with players. -
Noted Customer - [Unlimited]
Noted Customers are contributors of Fervent who have shown great dedication to the group, whether they contributed an asset or two, or they were a former Corporate member. This role may also be awarded to anyone by the Owner.
Low Rank Descriptions

Trainee - [Unlimited]
Trainees are the first low staff rank. These individuals passed their staff quiz and must partake within training sessions at the Training Center in order to officially serve customers. -
Junior Barista - [Unlimited]
Junior Baristas have passed their first training and are now allowed to serve customers at Fervent. -
Barista - [Unlimited]
Baristas have passed their second training and may attend one more training session to officially become a Senior Barista. -
Senior Barista - [Unlimited]
Senior Baristas are heavily acknowledged as some of the most skilled baristas. They’ve passed all training stages, and are now eligible for the Shift Lead rank. *For more information regarding how to become a Shift Lead, refer to this guide: -
Shift Lead - [Unlimited]
Shift Leads are just one step away from becoming a Staff Assistant. They’ve proven their worth by being recommended as a Senior Barista, and are now eligible to become a Staff Assistant through recommendations. These individuals are also allowed to spectate sessions and ensure minor issues are taken care of.
Management Rank Descriptions

Staff Assistant - [30]
Staff Assistants are newly promoted Shift Leads. They have shown great dedication as a Shift Lead which has led them to their promotion to Staff Assistant. These ranks may assist Supervisors+ with training staff during sessions. -
Supervisor - [20]
Supervisors moderate all of Fervent’s experiences. These ranks may train staff during sessions. -
Assistant Manager - [15]
Assistant Managers moderate all of Fervent’s experiences. These ranks may co-host sessions. -
General Manager - [10]
General Managers moderate all of Fervent’s experiences. These ranks host or co-host sessions.
Corporate Rank Descriptions

Corporate Assistant - [7]
The Corporate Assistant rank is the first slot of the Corporate Team. Once there’s a newly promoted Corporate Assistant, the first thing they do is to choose which department they would like to settle in throughout their career here at Fervent. -
Corporate Officer [3]
Corporate Officers are a higher up rank and help run our group by enforcing the rules throughout all of Fervent’s premises. These ranks come up with new ideas for future projects within their respective departments. Corporate Officers assist Senior Corporate Officers when needed. -
Senior Corporate Officer - [2]
Senior Corporate Officers have shown true dedication to Fervent which lets them be the leads of each department. One leads Human Resources, the other leads Public Relations.
Leadership Rank Descriptions
The Leadership Team consists of highly trustworthy individuals. They are tasked with managing all operations within Fervent. They assist in development, along with bringing forth new ideas to the group & server and have monthly voice meetings to ensure everything is kept up to date. They oversee all departments.

Developer - [Unlimited]
Not necessarily apart of the Leadership Team, however they have made Fervent what it is today. They’ve shown their skills and talents that have impressed the community. -
President - [2]
The President is tasked with assisting the Owner & Co Owner, as well as managing all operations within the group. Our current Presidents are Airbus_Fleet & BenLockZel. -
Co Owner - [1]
The Co Owner is tasked with assisting the Owner, as well as managing all operations within the group. Our current Co Owner is Caestres. -
Owner - [1]
The Owner is the Founder of Fervent. They’re responsible for managing all operations within the group. Our current Owner is metaliqs.
Department Descriptions

Human Resources Department
In charge of reforms and detail with management in regards to staff, finding new Baristas to join our team, and anything else in relation to group members. They also come up with new ideas and suggestions and update our training procedure when needed. -
Public Relations Department
In charge of alliances, forming partnerships, announcing affiliate events and acting as an allied representative. They manage our events, most of our social media, and ensure everyone is kept up to date with things such as group operations.
