Fervent - Rank Descriptions

Each rank has an incredible amount of responsibilities. We’ve created this document for those who don’t necessarily know how to do their job. This forum is compiled with information about each rank, which also includes a limit of certain ranks. The number by the ranks indicates the maximum amount of staff that can be in that position.

Guest Descriptions
  • Customer - [Unlimited]
    Customers are visitors of Fervent who are either looking for a job, or ordering something off of the menu. They can sit around, chill, relax, and even engage within the community. If you’re a Customer looking for a job, then head on down to the Interview Center!

  • Noted Customer - [Unlimited]
    Noted Customers are honored members of Fervent who have shown great dedication to the group, whether it’s donating, or being a former member of the High Rank team. If you were a former Executive Assistant (or higher) and you did NOT get demoted, then you shall receive this role.

  • Business Partner - [Unlimited]
    Business Partners are allied representatives of Fervent’s alliances. You must respect them as we wouldn’t be where we were today without them. If you’re a representative for a group Fervent is allied with, then direct message a member of the Public Relations Department for your Business Partner role.

Low Rank Descriptions (Staff Team)

Our low ranks have an incredible amount of responsibilities. If you don’t know how to do your job as a Barista, then you should read through this ranking guide.

  • Awaiting Training - [Unlimited]
    If you’re the ‘Awaiting Training’ rank, then congratulations on passing your interview! All you have to do now is pass your training. Head on down to the Training Center for a possible promotion to Junior Barista! (Must obtain 4/6 points for Junior Barista)

  • Junior Barista - [Unlimited]
    If you’re the ‘Junior Barista’ rank, then congratulations on passing your training! All you have to do now is pass another training. Head on down to the Training Center for a possible promotion to Barista! (Must obtain 5/6 points for Barista) You can now serve in the cafe.

  • Barista - [Unlimited]
    If you’re the ‘Barista’ rank, then congratulations on passing your training! All you have to do now is pass one more training. Head on down to the Training Center for a possible promotion to Senior Barista! (Must complete all stages within trainings for Senior Barista)

  • Senior Barista - [Unlimited]
    If you’re the ‘Senior Barista’ rank, then congratulations on passing your training by not messing up once! All you have to do now is work hard at the cafe, help out on the discord server, and you may be recommended for Interviewer! Be on the lookout for Management Applications, and good luck! Your future begins here! Do not hint for a promotion, it will just lower your chances.

Middle Rank Descriptions (Management)

Each rank has an incredible amount of responsibilities. We’ve created this document for those who don’t necessarily know how to do their job. This document is compiled with information about each rank, which also includes a limit of certain ranks.

  • Interviewer - [30]
    Welcome to the Fervent Management Team! Interviewers moderate the cafe and Discord server. They will also interview at the Interview Center, but are not allowed to train Low Ranks yet. Further information on this rank will be located in the discord server.

  • Supervisor - [15]
    Supervisors moderate the cafe and Discord server, just like Interviewers. Supervisors can now Interview, train, AND Co-Host at both interviews and trainings. You are not allowed to host sessions.

  • Manager - [10]
    Managers moderate the cafe and Discord server. You may host/co-host interviews and trainings, whilst helping assist our new Middle Ranks. You should also answer any inquiries they may have as well.

  • Coordinator - [5]
    Coordinators moderate the cafe and Discord server. They teach how to host or co-host a session, particularly teaching interviewing and training lower ranks. Coordinators may earn a promotion depending on their activity, and never fail to exceed our expectations and requirements.

High Rank Descriptions (Corporate)

High Ranks are trustworthy individuals that have never failed to exceed our expectations and requirements, and can always put a smile on our faces. Corporates help run the Discord server and cafe, along with managing Middle Ranks depending on what department you’re in.

  • Executive Assistant - [9]
    Once you’re promoted to Executive Assistant, you get to choose which department you want to be a part of throughout your career here at Fervent. Choose wisely, as you cannot change departments unless it’s an emergency.

  • Chief Human Resources Officer - [1]
    The Human Resources Officer is the head of the Human Resources Department, and help run the discord server by enforcing the rules throughout all of Fervent’s premises. They are in charge of promotions, managing staff, finding new Interviewers, and also help with running the discord server and making sure it runs smoothly. They also help Fervent gain new members, and also come up with new ideas for future projects.

  • Chief Public Relations Officer - [1]
    The Chief Public Relations Officer is the head of the Public Relations Department, and help run the discord server by enforcing the rules throughout all of Fervent’s premises. They are in charge of alliances, forming partnerships, announcing affiliate events, and acting as an allied representative. They also manage our community events channel.

  • Chief Compliance Officer - [1]
    The Chief Compliance Officer is the head of the Compliance Department, and help run the discord server by enforcing the rules throughout all of Fervent’s premises. They are in charge of managing the MR Team, demotions, punishments, suspensions, warnings, ban and blacklist appeals. They’re tasked with managing all complaints given by staff and they assist the Chief Administrative Officer when needed.

  • Chief Administrative Officer - [1]
    The Chief Administrative Officer manages all departments, as well as the discord server. They’re tasked with assisting the Super Ranks and assisting in our operations. This role is given to a dedicated member who has shown great duty and work within Fervent.

Super Rank Descriptions (Leadership)

Our Leadership Team is tasked with managing all operations within Fervent. They also run the #social-media channel, along with bringing forth new ideas to the group and server.

  • Vice President - [2]
    Our Vice Presidents are tasked with assisting the other Super Ranks, as well as managing all operations within the group. Our current Vice Presidents are BenLockZel and lolo271478.

  • President - [1]
    The President is responsible for assisting the Vice Chairman & Chairman, as well as managing all operations within the group. Our current President is DootTehCanOfSoup.

  • Vice Chairman - [1]
    The Vice Chairman is responsible for assisting the Chairman, as well as managing all operations within the group. Our current Vice Chairman is a8ure.

  • Chairman - [1]
    The Chairman is the owner of Fervent. They’re responsible for managing all operations within the group. Our current Chairman is metaliqs.

Department Descriptions (Corporate)
  • Human Resources Department - [4]
    In charge of promotions and deal with managing staff, finding new Staff Assistants, and anything else that will help Fervent gain new members. They also come up with new ideas for and update the training procedure when needed.

  • Public Relations Department - [4]
    In charge of alliances, forming partnerships, announcing affiliates events and acting as an allied representative. They also manage our events.

  • Compliance Department - [4]
    In charge of punishments, demotions, suspensions, warnings, reminders, blacklists, and overall managing any complaints that people have. They enforce rules and make sure things run under control. They will also deal with appeals, whether it be ban appeals or blacklist appeals.
