I still feel like the banner and banner text are too big - limiting the close button to a tiny corner.

nice better than me ive barely done any ui design lol But it is very nice you could add some background like a UIGradient or something :smiley_cat:

That is pretty good for a new UI designer, however, I would recommend I different font for the Inventory like Fredoka one or something. PS: Don’t add shadowing around the UI unless it is supposed to be highlighted.

I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure this wasn’t made in studio so he wouldn’t be able to do these things. Fredoka One is only in Studio and UIGradients are also only in studio.

UI Gradients can be replicated by Gradient Overlays, and Fredoka One can be downloaded as a font to use externally.

Prismatic I have no idea how u worked out that UIGradients and Fredoka One can only be used in Studios. Some free Photo Editing Softwares like Photopea has both of them in it. And I am pretty sure like Mischiefing said they can be downloaded extrenally. Hope this proves your point mate.

Gradients exist outside of Roblox, yes. But they are not called UIGradients and often differ greatly from how you would use UIGradients.

Also, didn’t know you could find Fredoka One externally; I thought Roblox owned it.

Yes you’d be right! This was made in photoshop. I wouldn’t be able to curve the text like I did in Roblox Studio.

@24k_Remz Thanks! I appreciate the compliment! By a gradient, do you mean where the white is on the frame?

@Dev_ZG :smiley: !! Do you mind my asking why you recommend a different font? I had planned to use the one featured in the Inventory frame as my primary font and a regular Sans-Serif type font as my secondary.
Do you mind elaborating on why shadows shouldn’t be used in UI? What situations call for shadows to be used?

IDK if this clears up any confusion but I am making my UI in photoshop, not Roblox Studio. No need to argue or be aggressive in the replies!

That’s my watermark, so people don’t pass my work off as their own.

If I use this in a game, it will be without the watermark. :slight_smile:
