Frappé - Shadowing Guide

Staff Assistant Information:
As a new Staff Assistant (SA) on our team, you will have to shadow at both interviews and trainings. At interviews, you’ll have to shadow for a minimum 5 times to ensure you’re confident in the interviewing procedure, there is no set time limit for this to be completed under. While at trainings, you are to always shadow until you get Supervising Team (ST).
Once an interview/training session begins, as an SA you’d go to any Supervising Team+ staff member and stand behind them - there is no need to message them to ask them. The only case where an ST will be able to tell an SA that he/she can’t shadow them is if the ST was recently promoted and he/she needs time to train by themselves before having a shadow; if someone refuses to let you shadow them please let a CSO+ know immediately. For ST+, you can only have one shadow, not more.
After the ST+ acknowledges it, you are then named, for example: "new_slates - Shadowing Virinthius". You will do as the person you are shadowing asks of you. As an ST+, you are to guide your shadow in ANY way. Asking questions, letting them test it out, etc. Anything that will help them learn.
In trainings, though, you will do half of each section. 2 drinks and 2 trivia. Remember, THE PERSON YOU ARE SHADOWING WILL BEGIN FIRST (please note: the two drinks should include at least a 4th/5th order difficulty drink).
Never be shy or afraid to message the person you are shadowing and ask them questions. You have every right to ask any question that will help you understand. Your job is to understand, and if you don’t, ask. If the person you are shadowing gives you attitude for it, isn’t helping at all or is overall not working up to their part, message a CSO+ immediately.

Trainer Information:
It’s really simple, during trainings or interviews, you message your shadow on either Discord or in a PM ingame and tell them what to do and how to do it. Remember, you must go in detail for them to understand.
During trainings, you must tell them that drinks are not to be repeated, and that they need to warn and then fail LR’s who disagree to use grammar. They should also be informed of the points and how they work. Let them do some so they can understand.
During interviews, let the shadow know that when PTS is in effect during the introduction, you are to warn someone if they speak and then proceed to kick them if they continue. When interviewing, tell your shadow to pay close attention to the interviewee’s answers as they can miss small mistakes, such as, "Hello! I am Virinthius, welcome to Frappe! What would you like on this today?”, "on this today" would be a huge mistake.
You must write feedback at the end of the session and message it to your shadow.
