My job? No sir. My job was to develop a panel (which I did). Not run his service. He decided to step away and throw all the load on me. That was his choice.
What do you mean step away? You did your job, and he did his. And then YOU left, and put all the load on HIM.
Again, when did I blackmail anyone? You use this term so broadly but there was never any blackmail.
Threatening people to release their personal information in return for demands? Yeah, you fit every definition you could come up with, besides the ones so twisted to fit your means.
He did his job by leaving for months on end and expecting me to create his clients accounts/answer client tickets? No sir. Go read the announcement activity. Iām sure Iām the one who posted 90% of the time.
I didnāt twist anything. Google what blackmail means before using it against someone like you know what it is. All I wanted to do was leave peacefully, and he wanted to act like a roadblock to it. Iām just the type of person to run through that roadblock by any means necessary
Yet you still havenāt answered a proper explication on why you needed to leak users data? Including that originally you lied and said you didnāt
I admit no guilt, as stated previously. You can summons me to a court of law where I can prove my innocence.
Blackmail = āthe action, treated as a criminal offense, of demanding payment or another benefit from someone in return for not revealing compromising or damaging information about them.ā
You left, and he made an announcement about it. And then you went insane over it. You left violently. Everything you have done is your fault and you cant pin the blame on anybody else.
Does that mean threaten innocent people who are just playing a lego game, with their own goddamn information?
And what you did fit that definition EXACTLY. You admitted it yourself.
Sir, foul language is not tolerated on the devforums. Just saying
Still a scummy thing to do, even if technically legal. Everyone expects a baseline of privacy.
Dont try and rule-police me when you broke a few laws.
Five statesā California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia āhave enacted comprehensive consumer data privacy laws. The laws have several provisions in common, such as the right to access and delete personal information and to opt-out of the sale of personal information, among others.
The state the server is located in contains no law for data protection.
Data protection? Whatever. Still a horrible thing to do.
And you did break a law either way. Nobody is going to sue you, because we donāt have the money to do it, or the time, or the resources. Nobody is going to support us.
Nah he doesnāt need sueing however I got enough evidence to get his Discord account deleted however with the dev forum I am in contact.
Sadly, you wonāt get my Discord deleted. Youāve been on this path for much longer then this ādata leakā even occurred. I have also been in contact with DevForums. My panel was never advertised under my account, nor did I make a post about it, thus making your claims to DevForum invalidated.
I have infact have reported similar incidents to Discord and they all been taken seriously your actions are a risk to your account however if one is bothered to actually submit the long information to Discord is another question.
Mallary#0001, head community moderator of Discord. I have been in direct contact. My actions would not warrant a ban.
That isnāt even a real tag, dummy. No tag of that has ever existed on any moderator.
