The owner of Fisch somehow transferred ownership from his account to the group, Fisching.
I think he did this by contacting support. Roblox, please add this as a normal feature.

Roblox is a working on a system to implement that will make this possible. No mention of it since RDC. I know that Roblox used to (maybe still does) transfer games to groups from user profiles if the game had a certain amount of visits, and for a one-time fee. You can contact them https://devforum.roblox.com/g/experience-transfer
You can actually do this by submitting a request via the devforum and paying 30k robux
This will be likely available until roblox releases a official feature
They are actively working on it but you can transfer your experience’s ownership rn using the steps mentioned in this topic (user to group ownership transfer)

very true, so if you were to have a game and wanted to change ownership you should do it with low visits so you do not lose much.
The issue, as someone else pointed out, is not only visits, you’d also have to migrate all data stores, game pass sales, and anything else that is directly associated with the GameId
