Hello. I have been having a strange issue where the main place of my game suddenly becomes unjoinable for unknown reasons.
However, I can join my game’s subplaces and other games too. This has been happening for months at this point. The issue persists for a few minutes, which can tank my CCU.
It just stays on this screen. (without the debug info of course)
Game Link: 🎃 Earthquake Simulator 🌏 - Roblox
System Info:
Windows 11 Pro
AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
Radeon RX 7600 XT
32GB RAM
It’s hard to reproduce this issue, as it can happen randomly, anytime.
Hello. Thanks for the report. We understand this does not reproduce easily, but it would help if you could provide client logs that cover the time period when you had this issue.
Tried to see if it happened on Medieval RTS and was able to replicate the issue around 5 times. From the looks of the client log it looks like the Roblox server accepts the join request and then seemingly drops all packets after that causing the client to be disconnected after not receiving a response at all?
I do force 1 server on Medieval RTS by teleporting players to the main one but sometimes the main server just doesn’t allow joining anymore. If the server actually crashed it wouldn’t keep telling memory service that it has enough players to be the main server. There was a point where i shut down the main server and roblox never created a new one unless a private server was used.
