Using copyrighted images is not ethical if it is for advertising your game.

I didnât steal their work I just used a GFX pack for free from a tutorial 
If you are saying that even a free GFX pack is not ethical then even a font isnât, the artist published his work on the internet, he should have known the consequences, also this was most likely a practice work so I donât see anything wrong here? Also, the artist will most likely not notice Roblox gfx using their work.
If a font is copyrighted, then yes, it is unethical to use!

Adobe probably wonât notice you pirating photoshop. Does that mean you should do it? No!
Most fonts on the interent are not copyrighted.

You took the first sentece out-of-context, I meant that he used a free GFX pack from youtube, there is also no watermark on any of the overlays so they are most likely royalty free.

I quite like this! I get why people say the effects are a bit much but I feel it fits in with the scene as it is war, there is fire, smoke etc. one confused thing though.
