Glaciéz - Application Process

Glaciéz - Application Process
Summary:
The application process evaluates how well you will fit into the rank you are applying for. There are certain things that we expect from the applicants, and this is a handy guide outlining our expectations.

Basic Requirements:
These requirements apply to HR, MR, and LR applications.

Use proper grammar. This includes capitalization, spelling, and punctuation. Not using proper grammar will result in failure.

Use logical answers. Make sure that the answers make sense and are realistic.

An example of an illogical answer:

How would you handle a troller?
“I would encourage them because they are doing the right thing.”

Why should we hire you over others?
“Because I said so.”

The more detailed the answer, the better! When creating your application, please try to use full and mature sentences. Doing so will increase your chances of getting accepted.

Make sure you know what rank you’re applying for. If you’re applying for Staff Assistant, don’t say you’ll call a MR if there’s a troller. This is because the rank you’re applying for is MR.

Trainee applications:
Trainee applications are not as difficult. The evaluator typically will be more lenient on the requirements stated above. For example, if you received 3 grammar strikes, they might let it slide. This isn’t always the case, however.

Staff Assistant Applications:
Passing this application is much harder than passing trainee applications. You must have a minimum of 2-3 sentences per question. You must also display maturity in your answers. Having immature answers may lead to you failing the application.

Your application will be read within 24-48 hours.

If you failed the application, please do not bug the staff about it.
You can retake the application at any time.

Good luck!
