Advanced Barista Promotion Guide
Here at Glassato, all Senior Baristas have a chance to advanced to the next rank. We’ve provided you with this guide on how to work your way up to Advanced Barista!
Advanced Barista Requirments
- You must be a Senior Barista.
- You must have at least 300 points.
- You’re required to be in our Discord server.
- You must be over the age of 13.
- Your account must be 30 days old.
- You must have a good reputation, background, etc.
What we look for in Senior Baristas!
General Assistants look for professional, dedicated, hardworking staff. General Assistants are looking for Baristas who stand out, who are social, and who always interact within the community. However, we do not look for rich, aesthetic, nor remarkably professional staff members.
Other than that, we do not foresee more exceeding from Senior Baristas. There is no need to do a crazy amount of shifts nor contribute 10 hours at the cafe. Finally, remember to take breaks, socialize outside of Roblox, and have fun.
Process of becoming an Advanced Barista
As a Senior Barista, if you’ve been seen working behind the counter at the Cafe for more than 14 days, you will have a high possibility of receiving a promotion to Advanced Barista. Here at Glassato, Advanced Barista promotions aren’t big and too carried away. With that being said, once you’re qualified to obtain the following rank, you will receive a Private Message (PM) from a General Assistant. They will inform you of your new task, how things work, and general information. Then, they will continue to aid you on Discord.
