Pending Rank - This rank is for those who joined the group. Each new member will receive their correct position by a Manager+ once available. Limit: ∞
Valued Customer - This rank is for those who are a visitor within Glassato. These members are now able to attend an interview session or submit an application. Limit: ∞
Suspended - This rank is for those who break Glassato’s rules. Anyone with this rank has received a ban from the Glassato facility. If the ban was insignificant, they may appeal. If otherwise, members may not appeal. Limit: ∞
Noteworthy Member - This rank is reserve for General Assistants+ who resigned. Each member with this role has dedicated their time, effort, and energy towards Glassato. Limit: ∞
Business Partner - This rank is reserve for our affiliates. Each ally is required to send two representatives to claim this position. Limit: ∞
Beginner - The first Low-Rank. This position is for those who have passed their interview or application. To achieve the next rank, you must attend a training session. Limit: ∞
Junior Barista - The second Low-Rank. This position is for those who have passed the first training session. To obtain the next rank, you require 30 points. Then, you may attend your second training session. Limit: ∞
Barista - The third Low-Rank. This position is for those who have passed the second training session. To obtain the next rank, you require 70 points. Then, you may attend your third training session. Limit: ∞
Senior Barista - The fourth Low-Rank. This position is for those who have passed the third training session. To obtain the next rank, you require 100 points. Then, you may attend your last training session. Limit: ∞
Advanced Barista - The fifth Low-Rank. This position is for those who have worked hard within Glassato. To receive this rank and Staff Assistant, please review our Promotion Guide in the section below. Limit: 50
Staff Assistant - The first Middle-Rank. Staff Assistants may now attend and assist at interview and training sessions. However, they need a mentor by their side. Limit: 30
Supervision - The second Middle-Rank. Supervisors may now interview and train on their own. Limit: 25
Assistant Manager - The third Middle-Rank. Assistant Managers may now Co-Host sessions, review applications, and rank at sessions. Limit: 20
Management - The fourth Middle-Rank. Managers may now Host sessions and rank pending customers. Limit: 15
General Assistant - The fifth Middle-Rank. General Assistants may now delete group wall posts and promote Advanced Baristas to Staff Assistant. General Assistants mentor lower staff, track their activity, and support them through their journey here at Glassato. Limit: 10
Contributor - This rank is reserve for those who benefit from Glassato. Contributors fund our community to advance. They’ve obtained this for being a donor. Limit: ∞
Developer - This rank is reserve for our developers. Developers are hired to create and update Glassato’s games. Limit: ∞
Chief Communications Officer - The first High-Rank. Chief Communication Officers create new allies, develop better relationships with past allies, and improve all allies in generals. They mange forming alliances, keeping up-to-date with other groups, etc. Limit: 4
Chief Administrative Officer - The second High-Rank. Chief Administrative Officers are in charge of planning and managing events within Glassato. They interact with the community to find new ways to improve Glassato as a whole. Limit: 4
Chief Staff Officer - The third High-Rank. Chief Staff Officers promote staff, moderate staff activity, demote staff, etc. Limit: 4
Chief Executive Officer - The first Executive. Chief Executive Officers overseer all staff below them. Furthermore, Chief Executive Officers are in charge of punishments, suspensions, and demotions. Limit: 4
Vice President - First Presidential Team member. The Vice President oversees all staff below them. However, they work with the President to improve Glassato. As a team, the Vice President and President compose final settlements. Limit: 1
President - Second Presidential Team member. The President oversees all staff. They work with the Vice President to advance Glassato. Limit: 1
Chairwomen - The founder and owner of the group. The last member of the Presidential Team. Limit: 1
