Staff Assistant Promotion Guide
We’ve provided this guide to provide our Advanced Barista with essential information. If you haven’t already, please review our Advanced Barista (AB) guide for more information.
Staff Assistant Requirments
- You must be an Advanced Barista.
- You’re required to be in our Discord server.
- You must be over the age of 13.
- Your account must be 30 days old.
- You must have a good reputation, background, etc.
- You must be able to join voice calls & listen to meetings.
Process of becoming a Staff Assistant
As mention in the Advanced Barista promotion guide, once you’re eligible to obtain the Advanced Barista rank, you will receive a private message from a General Assistant. Then, they will continue to aid you on Discord. Adding on, you will receive a quiz before starting your trial. Your quiz will be reviewed and graded all on the same day.
Next, you will commence our 7-day trial, starting on a Monday. Within this 7-day trial, you will have multiple tasks to do; spectating sessions, interviewing, training, etc. Once the trial is coming to an end, you will receive a quiz going over all of the crucial information you should know within Glassato. Finally, at the end of your trial, you will be observed by your mentor.
