Global leaderboard for goal

Does anyone know how I can make a global leader board for my game. For example I’m making a soccer game and I want to have a system where if you make a goal you get more cash and your number grows on the leader board.
I’m just confused with the global goal part. If anyone can help me get started or tell me how to do this I will appreciate it very much.
