This started happening suddenly a few minutes ago in a game called RetroStudio (Beta - Testing), when hovering the cursor over certain buttons (happens most in the catalog section of the game), the graphics become distorted and flicker until you move your cursor away from the screen or go to a different part of the game. I am unaware if this is a technical issue on my part or an issue with the ROBLOX client or game itself.

It appears my ping and CPU is rather high, perhaps this is the cause?
This happens in other parts of the game as well, when hovering over games in the Featured tab, the top in-game task-bar becomes white.
This issue has been happening ever since 5/24/2021, 6:05 PM CST, but I don’t know if this is the only game that has these issues or not.
System Information: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 16.0 GB, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
I noticed my Wi-Fi is extremely high, I’m not really sure if this is normal or not though.
