Hello devs :), I would like to know if there is a way to change the graphics from a UI made for the game and to be able to lower the quality of materials, lights etc. ?

I think it should be possible to make local script which would disable some lightning, change materials etc. Because it would be from local script it should change it for the one player only.

you can get the current graphics slider settings iirc
you can change most graphics things via script too (besides technology which is stupid)
