I’ve faced a weird issue where my Roblox group has been locked randomly without being notified of it or any reasoning as to why. My account has been falsely terminated twice now, and I’ve seen some others say that this could be linked to that, with the system not recognising you have been unbanned and keeping your group locked.

I made an appeal ticket but was met with a mess of responses with no actual useful information.
The initial response from Roblox appeals team:
Thank you for contacting Roblox Appeals about your moderation concern. Please provide a link to the moderated group on Roblox.com so that we can assist you further.
I replied with the group link, the next response was:
The Appeals team specializes in moderated Roblox accounts and assets, and we are unfortunately not able to assist you with this concern. We have forwarded your message to our Customer Support team to assist you further.
Customer support sent an email about 5 minutes later:
We have forwarded your request for further review. Our team will follow-up with you as soon as possible.
Another email then gets sent around an hour later:
We’re sorry but we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry. We encourage you to review the previous information sent to you as we have provided you with all that we can at this time. However, if you need further assistance with a different matter, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
This is honestly just confusing to me, no reason given, no information given, yet telling me they can’t provide any further information or response and to review the previous information sent to me? There was none.
I want to add that no assets were uploaded to the group, no games under it. No links in the description. It was purely a community group with all of my projects under the affiliates tab of the group so people can check them out.
