Are you using offset or scale in your Position?
Take screen caps of the button or text label properties and show it so we can guide better.
If you just created the buttons and click dragged them into position, it will default to offset and when your resolution changes it will change the position of the buttons. To avoid that you use scale in your position instead for the X and Y values.

yes i am using text Scaled with the buttons, does this have to do anything with the problem?
Not text scaled… go to the Position property.
