Hey, scripter we need you! Remember its completly voluntary !!! We are a small army group looking for gun builders/Scripters so we can have better trainings.

You should add builders/Scripter in the title if your hiring. Builders and scripters:

But are you planning to monetise? If you’re earning some revenue and plan to gain more, some of it should be set aside for the people working on the group or it should be put towards expanding your market for revenue to budget towards certain sections.

If you aren’t planning to monetise, that’s completely fine to pitch this as volunteer work - developers should get a sense of comfortability knowing that their work will be used properly though or that they can achieve some other kind of compensation, temporal or permanent.

So you get someone to make you assets for free. If your game is a huge success you wouldn’t pay them? Furthermore, do you have a budget on ads?
