You’d have to get in contact with support and get to mail with a human, the bots can’t verify such info. When you eventually get in contact with them, tell them that you would be able to verify ownership using your card.

I can try to do that but the main concern is my tickets aren’t even geting the bot message I don’t evven know if they’re going through
It has already been a few houes now and still nothing back from any of my tickets

The only thing you can do is be patient and wait for support, if they say they cant help, do another ticket, I ran into a issue too last time where my account was compromised and I had to wait atleast 3 days to get it back. Good luck dude, as soon as you get it back, reset the password ASAP and set a diff email if you can

That’s what I did when I first got hacked I made a wohle new gmail just for my roblox account and its crazy how I haven’t gotten any 0 emails for it so I’ll have to do that again but how did they bypass everything I have set up?

8 bit coin
8 bit HP bar
8 bit crown
8 bit extra life
He stole a good amount of my 8 bit items before my premium expired
He gave me this for for the trade and it also looks like he stole from other people as well
This is the second time i’m being hacked for my 8 bit items in such a short span time and now I have to wait for all my tickets to get back to me once more while he has my items and could be stealing my items from games as well
This guy is known to steal and hack other accounts as well. At the moment my firneds and I are keeping track of him but my account is still offline most likely he put my account offline so we don’t know unless he’s online
Again I wasn’t sent any emails when it happened. I was playing on avatar catalog creator, the game closed on me. I clicked back on the game to rejoin, and then I got the popup screen “You’ve logged out,” when I didn’t, and I went straight to here and checked my emails. There was nothing. I haven’t clicked on any links or done anything new that I wouldn’t do so I don’t know how this guy got into my account when I have 2 step authenticator app where I would need the code from my phone to log in. I wasn’t even sent a new log in form roblox.
At the moment he stole 4 Limiteds from me I’m not sure what else from other games I play. He removed my friends and turned my account offline. This is the second time someone has hacked me all just to steal the 8-Bit series but my permium ran out. So for all I know since he hasn’t got all my limiteds he could be stealing from me in da hood skins or grow a garden pets.
For some reason, my limiteds have been targeted that I had for years now, which are the 8 bits I own. or used to since now they were stolen AGAIN.
All my tickets as of now are in queue and I don’t know how long this is going to take its now been 2 days this all happened on the 17th and it’s now 10/20/25 2:27am for me.
For all I know this guy who used his main account to steal from me and HACKED me could be doing all sorts of bad things on my account that I can’t see because it’s been turned offline.
And I’m scared to message another mod because I don’t want to be logged out of the dev forum again. I did message someone who was kind enough to forward my post but Im not sure if that would be the same case again.
Roblox changed TOS. Now it not offers one time rollback, instead it offers it only if obligated by country law.
The slim chance if I could get my items back I was still hacked by this guy somehow. I am being targeted for my 8 bit limiteds

Right now he’s back on my account he just unfavorite all my games I liked

This guy is actively doing things on my account and its starting to scare me even more because I can’t do anything other then wait and roblox is taking forever to get back sending me the same message that I’m in their queue!!!

I have two tabs open looking at my account one that I refreshed where he just now got rid of all my games I liked, and he took my game off my profile its no longer show.
Where the other it shows my games.
There might a screenshot somewhere with my firends before he removed them.
