Boba® is the fastest growing roleplay cafe on the Roblox platform. We offer one of the most popular drinks, Bubble Tea, different from normal café games. Since the start of our launch in July 2019, Boba has grown to more than half a million members. We are dedicated to providing the best experience for our guests and staff team. The following information that is going to be stated will help guide those who want to know more about Boba®.

Regulations

Regulations

Upon following the Roblox Terms of Service, we have additional regulations that we expect our guests and staff members to abide. Failing to comply with our regulations will result in receiving moderation consequences on our premises.

  • Trolling or being disruptive is not permitted.
  • Exploiting is not permitted.
  • Cyber bullying is not permitted.
  • Advertisement is not permitted.
  • Homophobia, discrimination, and racism are not permitted.
  • Bypassing the chat filters with derogatory language is not permitted.
  • Spamming the chat is not permitted.

Our staff team has the permission to issue a warning to those who do break our regulations. Our Staff Assistants+ have been given the authority to enforce a ban on anyone who does break these regulations.

Rank Information

RANK INFORMATION

The following list will include information about every group role in Boba® and its responsibilities.

Customer
This role is designated to all those who join the Boba® group. Customers are the users who play the game and order items from our staff.

Noted Customer
This rank is designated to the close friends & resigned PRD+. They are respected peoples of the group. There is no maximum capacity attached to this role.

Business Partner
This role is for the partners and allies of Boba®. The representatives of the partnered groups may claim this role. However, this role is also used for collaborations and those who contributed to Boba®.

Cashier
This role is given to any Customers who pass our Training Quiz at the Training Center and is an LR rank. Cashiers work to put orders in for our Baristas to create. To rank up from Cashier, you must attend a training session at the Training Center.

Junior Barista
This rank is a Barista rank which allows them to access the kitchen of the V3 game. Once a Cashier trains and receives this rank, they will be eligible to create orders instead of putting orders in. There is no maximum capacity to this role.

Barista
This rank is a Barista rank which allows them to access the kitchen of the V3 game. Their responsibility is to claim orders on the claim screen and make them. After making their order they must place it on the pick up station. After receiving the rank Junior Barista, they cannot train for the next rank. They must earn a certain amount of game points to get promoted. Barista can also be purchased as a donation rank.

Senior Barista
This rank is a Barista rank which allows them to access the kitchen of the V3 game. Their responsibility is to claim orders on the claim screen and make them. After making their order they must place it on the pick up station. After receiving the rank Junior Barista, they cannot train for the next rank. They must earn a certain amount of game points to get promoted.

Staff Intern
This rank is for those who meet the requirements to become a Medium Rank. Those who gain 10,000 points in the V3 game can immediately get ranked to this role. However, if you are a Senior Barista who does not have enough points, having at least 1,000 points will allow you to be eligible for the Staff Assistant applications when they are available. If you pass you will also be ranked to Staff Intern. If you want to become an immediate Staff Intern, you can either purchase 10,000 points in our V3 game, or you can purchase the Staff Intern donation rank and claim it at our Donation Rank Management game!

Staff Assistant
This role is the first Medium Rank role for those who pass their Staff Assistant training! This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of assisting at sessions and moderating the café premises! This role has a Maximum Capacity of 50 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Supervisor
This role is the second Medium Rank role! This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café premises! This role has a Maximum Capacity of 35 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Assistant Manager
This role is the third Medium Rank role! This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café premises! This role can also Co-Host a session. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 25 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Manager
This role is the fourth Medium Rank role! This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café premises! This role can also Co-Host & Host a session. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 22 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Head of Supervision
This role is the fifth Medium Rank role! This role is an MR role with the responsibilities of training or assisting at sessions and moderating the café premises! This role can also Co-Host & Host a session. They are also next in line for the first High Rank role. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 17 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Executive Assistant
This role is the first High Rank role! This role is an HR role that can Host & Co-Host sessions, moderate the café, assist in events, moderate the communications server, and supervise the MR. They are also next in line for the department rank of their choice. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 10 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Public Relations Director
This role is the first department High Rank role! This role is an HR role that runs the relations department of Boba®. There are two branches within this role. The Social Relations Department which focuses on the events and communication part of Boba®, and the Affiliate Relations Department which is in charge of the partnerships and affiliate events of Boba®. They can Host & Co-Host sessions, moderate the café, assist in events, moderate the communications server, and supervise the MR. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 5 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Employment Director
This role is the first department High Rank role! This role is an HR role that runs the employment department of Boba®. There is one branch within this role. The Employment Department which deals with the staffing part of Boba®. They make the decisions when promoting staff members, issuing consequences, creating staff guides, trellos, and making regulations. They can Host & Co-Host sessions, moderate the café, assist in events, moderate the communications server, and supervise the MR. This role has a Maximum Capacity of 5 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Developer
This rank is maintained by the President & CEO of Boba® Flez_ent. This role is designated for the contractors, programmers, animators, graphic designers, and UI designers of Boba®. However, this role is only given access to certain studios of Boba® due to the new version.

Head Developer
This rank is maintained by the President & CEO of Boba® Flez_ent. This role is designated for the head contractors, programmers, animators, graphic designers, and UI designers of Boba®. However, this role only has the top trusted Developers of the President of Boba®. They are the main creators of the newest version, version 3.

Board of Directors
This is the second Senior High Rank role. They are the SHR team of Boba® and are a part of the Executive Board. They are at the top of the chain and make the toughest decisions with the SHR team. The SHR supervise all the ranks in the group and make sure everything is running smoothly. They also have all permissions in game and the communication server. This rank consists of 1 relation member and 1 employment member. The Maximum Capacity of this role is 2 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Vice President
This is the third Senior High Rank role. They are the SHR team of Boba® and are a part of the Executive Board & the Presidential Team. They are at the top of the chain and make the toughest decisions in the Presidential Board. The Vice Presidents supervise all the ranks in the group and make sure everything is running smoothly. They also have all permissions in game and the communication server. This rank consists of 1 relations and 1 employment department member who are ready for the role. The Maximum Capacity of this role is 2 persons. This capacity cannot be exceeded by the department members and can only be changed by the President & CEO.

Senior Vice President
This role is the Co Owner and Second in Command of Boba®. They run the entire group and make decisions along side the President & CEO. Whenever the President is not available they take on the responsibilities as a group owner. This role is the most entrusted role of the President. The Maximum Capacity of this role is 1 persons. The only user that has had this role since the President owned the Boba® group was Amxllers. She is considered the most entrusted person to the President.

President
This role is designated to Flez_ent, who is the President & CEO of Boba Corporation. He controls the entire group and ensures that everyone has an enjoyable time while at Boba®. He is also in charge of the Development team. He has owned Boba® since July 30th of 2019 and has grew the group from 20,000 members to almost 500,000 members in under 2 years.

Training Information

Training Information
You can become a staff member of Boba® after applying for Trainee by attending a scheduled session. Only Trainees & Cashiers will be eligible to train for their next ranks. Junior Barista-Senior Barista must earn game points in Version 3 to get auto-promoted.

V3 Training Times

Monday-Friday: 9AM EST, 12AM EST, 1PM EST, 3PM EST, 5PM EST, 7PM EST, 2AM EST

Saturday-Sunday: 12AM EST, 5AM EST, 9AM EST, 11AM EST, 3PM EST, 6PM EST, 9PM EST, 2AM EST

Other Information

  • Be on time to the session!
  • Do not speak after the host states that PTS is disabled. You will get removed from the server.
  • Cashiers will need 4/6 points to pass the session and become a Junior Barista. The session for Cashiers consists of Trivia 2 point, Grammar 1 point, Kitchen Information, Kitchen ordering 2 point, and trolling 1 point.
  • Always utilize grammar & punctuation. Any grammar mistakes will result in a warning, then strikes. After 3 strikes, you will be dismissed from the session.
Promotion Requirements

Promotion Requirements V3

Cashier
Cashiers will need to take the automated training quiz at the Training Center to become a Cashier. Or they can purchase a Donation Rank. The two donation ranks for V3 are Staff Intern and Barista.

Junior Barista
Junior Barista can no longer attend a scheduled session to become their next rank. They must earn 300 game points by working to get auto-promoted to Barista, or they can purchase a Donation Rank. The two donation ranks for V3 are Staff Intern and Barista.

Barista
Barista can no longer attend a scheduled session to become their next rank. They must earn 600 game points by working to get auto-promoted to Senior Barista, or they can purchase a Donation Rank. The two donation ranks for V3 are Staff Intern and Barista.

Senior Barista
Senior Barista can no longer attend a scheduled session to become their next rank. They must earn 1,000 game points by working to be eligible to apply for the Staff Assistant application. They can also earn 10,000 game points to get auto-ranked to Staff Intern. Or they can purchase a Donation Rank. The next rank after Senior Barista is, Staff Intern.

Staff Intern
To become a Staff Intern, you must apply when the Staff Assistant applications have been released. You must be the rank Senior Barista and have atleast 1,000 game points. to be considered for Staff Assistant. Those who want a higher chance of Staff Assistant can earn 10,000 game points and get auto ranked to Staff Intern. This gives a better chance. Or you can purchase the Staff Intern donation rank pass and claim it at the Donation Management. You can also purchase 10,000 staff points in the V3 game and it will auto rank you.

Staff Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct
It is mandatory for staff to show professionalism at all times. As a member a part of the staff team, you represent the community of Boba® and what we stand for. Not following the regulations as a staff member will result in an immediate demotion from your respected role.

  • Not using grammar when serving Customers is not permitted.
  • All staff must remain professional at all times.
  • Hinting for a promotion is not permitted.
  • All staff must abide the Roblox Community Rules .
  • All staff must dress appropriately.

Alliance Information
Boba® is always looking for groups to become partners with! We partner with not only groups, but people as well. Content Creators & Influencers is an example! If you meet our requirements below, do not hesitate to contact one of our Public Relation Directors.

Requirements

  • The corporation or community must have a minimum of 50,000 members.
  • Your group game must have a minimum of 15 constant players.
  • Your group cannot sell Medium Rank+ roles.
  • Your respected corporation must have a well-standing reputation and must have high professionalism and activity.
  • Your group cannot contain botted members and must consist of real users.
