Having trouble with my gun

This will work by not making you position the parts.

If you mean it as me explaining it then put all special parts of the gun in the gun and change the transparency property of the parts not to be used to 1. When the time comes, set their transparency property to 0 and change the transparency property of the old piece to 1.

this may work except for the middle part because it has to be aligned well with both part and this is impossible because every part will need it is own alignment with the middle part , the problem is not the parts is not aligning the problem with gun parts skins lets say because skins may use another mesh and that mesh will not be aligned with the others so it needs to be aligned with the other part but the other parts has skins too so even if i used devhelloback way i will need to make a copy from the same skin for every middle part skin which is CRAZYYYYYYYYYYYY

Well then… only one way remains which is to use your original method but also position everything manually. I see no other way.

An easy way to do this will be to equip the skin and position it using SpecialMesh.Offset property.
