I believe you’re missing some context on how we can now use the ability to use Custom Messages via TextChatService. Making a Custom Chat System at this point of time is iffy sure, but it’s not breaking the Terms of Service as long as you implement it correctly.
I already have another system setup for any users that try to chat without Age Verification, will just have their local custom chat disabled; and of course there’s more I have to advance with making it proper, but this is just a starting point on what I got so far. Please don’t make accusations & assume that my actions would literally get me suspended just because I’m resorting to making my own Chat UI while working with all the proper usage methods they have given us so far.
