Yes I played in an actual server and it’s the same exact thing
No. Press Play instead, so you see the exact same scene before and after, not with your character.
The big green arrow.
ROBLOX’S loading screen may block it.
Is anyone else having a problem with smooth terrain rocks? I don’t know if this is just me
Instead of pressing “Play” Hit the small arrow under it and select “Run” So you have the same studio camera angle, but it still acts like you are playing.
Just try hitting Run, please…
But you need to look at what moves when it happens. We suspect the waterfall is actually the issue since it’s made of Parts and Trails/Particles etc.
So this is without waterfall in edit mode
v In Run
Looks like the waterfall particles moves the smooth terrain, but why?
Seems like the waterfalls are messed up, try to change their position and if it doesn’t work just try to remove some terrain, it might be the problem.
Adjust the positioning of your waterfall based on the position of the terrain when you run the game.
What is your actual Graphics Quality in Studio? It goes up to 21 I believe.
I think the issue is that your Studio Graphics Quality is low, and the Terrain rocks are changing position due to that when you test it.
It’s really tough to see the differences in the Terrain since each picture you post has a different perspective so we can’t actually compare them to see if the Terrain Rocks are changing at all.
Move your waterfall above the rocks but like not floating.
It’s not a problem with the rocks, it the waterfall. I had the same problem a while back. On lower graphics quality settings, Roblox makes beams have less segments, which is causing it to go through the rocks. Try setting your edit quality level to the same as your play quality level in settings, and move the beam around until it looks good on all graphics settings.
Is your play quality level the same? Beams lose detail on lower quality levels, which it why its clipping though the rocks when you play but not when you build it.
