How much would you give a developer if they completed an asset in 2 hours and to a very good quality? Your page isn’t convincing for those that might do it as 100 robux is quite deterring
I know that most devs give 1500 robux - 5000 Robux minimum per Model. 100 robux per asset like you can get a grass that’s about it.

You’re hiring developers that have previously made high quality assets before, I highly doubt they would do a “bad” job.
At least what some people hiring developers would do is look at their previous work, or maybe their portfolio (if they have one) before getting them to do work
How do you know? the devforum has been open to the public?
Because you’re hiring professional developers who create high quality assets, as I mentioned earlier, most people would check their previous work to see if they are fit for the job.
Just because the devforum has been opened to the public, doesn’t change the fact that developers who’ve been in the developer forums before being opened to the public will suddenly do a “bad” job.
I do but that still doesn’t mean they can be lazy and I say at max 1k.
A good quality ship for 1k robux at max if the builder is lazy isn’t too promising. I’d say 2 - 3.5k depending on the size. Even at that. If a builder was to be lazy, you should kick the developer off the developing group and try to find another builder that’s willing to complete the job. Good luck anyways.

Especially newcomers. And yes, I replied before but now that I think about it. There is some smaller developer (not saying that I am better than them because I am not) that would love to start their career as developers and would do anything to work even on low prices because let’s say they become famous they will probably have a better budget. For example, when you start working with a company you expect your self being paid 2000$ the first month? And Roblox is no exception.
You can hate as much as you want @NYDynamics would not change whether you like it or no. And if you don’t like it just leave it there are lots of people in the forum that would love to work with that price. So please guys don’t make this a drama just for paying.
ummm the average wage per year is about $51000 in Canada… $2000 a month is $24000 a year. So as to your example, no I don’t expect $2000 a month I expect double that

For an animator, what would you need? Someone just to animate swords?
no but what I mean is that you get paid like idk 200$ after a while get a raise and not directly get paid 2000$.
I mean walking/running animation jumping/falling/idle but we got an animator sorry forgot to update it.
