HIRING!: (8) Spots:

Thank you, I’m in contact with @FloxxyDev now.

Just asking. But why 2 scripters? I don’t script. But im pretty sure you only really need one depending on the complexity of the game.

Okay, thanks for telling me what happened.

There are about 15 developers hired for this project already, and hardly any have any form of payment negotiated as he keeps putting the topic off. Floxxy doesn’t have the funds to manage the game let alone contribute to the development. I had to purchase the group for him, I had to purchase the roles for the group, he can’t even fund the creation of a simple group let alone pay the developers. The group is unorganized and has hardly any plans for developments besides random ideas that they change every few hours making it nearly impossible to develop unless you want to do things over multiple times. Floxxy doesn’t even have his priorities right and is more focused on having people develop a nametag that says “Owner” above his character than the gameplay itself.

I hate to say this but if you want to be part of a development team that gets anything done, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I discussed there was rates already made on the discord.

As I said me and my co-owner put on rates/plans for the games release date.
All of the games profits go to the developers.

Just curious. But judging by the replies on this post. It seems like you were offering a upfront payment which is probably why they are upset if you did not pay them.
What happened to the upfront payment.

There was to much developers so I added rates, and then they got mad as I said the posts said it wasn’t promised.

This is a huge reason to be concerned. You promise payment, but then don’t give it to them?

You should have seen the amount of developers coming. You put in the title “8 Spots”. You also should have had payment ready beforehand since you were not offering revenue before. Again this is judging by the replies. I could be wrong.

I mean at the end of the day robux is robux, at least we are still getting paid. In addition, the games we make are the the empowerment and the enjoyment of the public. As I have observed, @floxxydev is trying his best to ensure this project goes well, and the best thing we can do is support that.

I said ill think about payments and I did rates.

“Thinking” about payment you promise is not good enough.

Also, @DevTitanium mentions that he had to pay for the group and the roles in it. However, earlier on you said you had 92K robux. What happened to all of it?
