As you can see in the image below, emotes include thumbnail data. However, UGC emotes don’t include this data unless the developer added it. If not have, how can I find out which keyframe the thumbnail was rendered in?
I believe UGC emotes use the first keyframe.

no I think not due to some emotes having multiple keyframes before the keyframe that’s actually shown
