How can I grow my game beyond its initial playerbase?

Last week I launched my game, Arena of Survival with its only marketing being a brand new tik tok account and a handful of videos. It’s done really solid so far, I’m happy with all of the internal statistics, but I’m not sure how to continue growing it. It averages about 40 concurrent users on weekdays & about 80 on weekends. I’ve kept making tik toks about the game, but I know the platform is going to be banned in the US later this week, so I need to find other avenues to grow the game.

What are some additional steps I could take to grow the game beyond this initial, core player-base? I have several updates lined up for the weeks to come, and I’ve gotten overwhelmingly positive feedback - but I feel like the game hasn’t grown much in this past week.

Well 40 concurrent on the first week is great, but from experience, as long as your game has good metrics then at some point you should see a bump in CCU from 40 to 200+ overnight.
