How can I make custom team chat tags?

Hey, I am GalaxyWorld,
I can’t seem to make a custom chat tags for different teams. What I’d like to acheve is:
1. Tags before name in chat.
2. Be able to customize what those tags say.
3. Be able to do make 4 different ones for every team e.g.
Team 1 is Adults and team 2 is Teenagers
Team 1: [Adult] [RealGalaxyWorld]: Hey dude, how are you?
Team 2 [Teenager] [RealGalaxyWorld]: Hey, I am good thanks!

Chat coding: Working with tags and name colours?

This is done through the Lua Chat API on the server.
