Hire an artist. (I’m not an artist myself)

Either hire an artist or do it yourself, there’s quite a few art programs out there.

If I’m not mistaken, I think this is 2D art. So far I haven’t figure out much programs to make this. I do know that people has their own style. If you find one that you’re comfortable with, try sticking with it until you find another one in the future.

This is possibly created in a few programs like on tablets or other ones you’d just have to learn, and practice, but knowing how to draw and knowing the techniques with the different types of drawing programs that are out there. You’d need some skill involved Along with knowledge of the program you plan to use or of your choice. Is it a lot to learn? Well, I’d personally say it’ll take time if you’re planning on creating these types of art or if you don’t feel like it you could possibly get someone to do for you however I’ll try learning for yourself.

Moved the thread to #help-and-feedback:art-design-support from #help-and-feedback:cool-creations. Cool creations is for showing off creations, not how to make cool creations.

If you are looking specifically for Polyhex’s style, I believe he uses a drawing tablet considering the lacking of straight lines and uniform shapes. If you actually want to look into hardware, Lenovo has equipped their Yoga-style ThinkPads with Wacom active pens for several years, which means something like an X1 Yoga (1st Gen) from 2016 for $400 would be an option worth considering.

A lot of image editing apps could produce results like this.

If you can get your hands on Photoshop or a trial of Affinity Photo, you could then experiment with different brush types with their drawing tools, to get that texture. If you have an iPad or something similar, there’ll surely be a good drawing app on there too.

If you did want to go about it yourself, I’d then recommend practicing a lot and finding tutorials.

You’d have to invest into a drawing tablet to make art like this (it’s a good investment if you’re into digital art or want to just have more fun drawing with less mess). It would also take a bit of practice to get it to a level the person done it here, there are some good tablet drawing tutorials out there so you’d just have to spend some time getting the hand to eye coordination and learning to draw properly.

I would say hire an artist aswell, I’m sure who ever you hire shouldn’t have a hard time making a thumbnail simular to this since it uses a cartoony and simplistic type of style, have a good day!

Digital artist here, yes that’s 2D art haha.

IF YOU WANNA DO IT YOURSELF
For hardware, you could either buy an iPad/tablet, or a drawing tablet. Honestly the only difference between iPads and drawing tablets is portability. If portability is something important to you, it’d be good to invest in an iPad. I have a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet and it’s definitely a good investment, but if you’re just starting out; honestly an old drawing tablet works just fine, if not just as effective.

The old Wacom Intuos drawing tablet goes for around $99 I think? Compared to an iPad which is like $300+, drawing tablets are the way to go.

If you’re gonna draw on your laptop/PC, you don’t need an amazing program immediately. Photoshop is definitely all-around great for all kinds of graphic art, but if you can’t buy it yet/don’t want to get like 68 viruses from a cracked version, here’s a few programs I recommend:

FireAlpaca - free, simple interface, has a lot of capabilities
Krita - free, super easy to use, but has less capabilities. Super simple, a bit too simple

If you do want to buy/crack a paid program:
Photoshop - all-around good for graphic design ($20.99/month, or $240.00/year subscription)
ClipStudio - focused mainly on illustration ($50 one-time purchase)

Something to note is that if you don’t want to buy anything at ALL, use your phone/tablet/whatever device you have and download like, Ibis Paint. I hear it’s good but I never tried it. You could also look for a tutorial online on how to make your own makeshift stylus out of a pen.

IF YOU WANNA HIRE SOMEONE
Pretty sure thumbnails like that go for like :robux:2k-:robux:3k. Or more.

P.S.
The bottom left text uses the overlay effect. Thought u might wanna know that B)

EDIT:
Also, that art style is super easy once you get a hang of drawing digitally. Just learn how to use your chosen program correctly and watch a TON of youtube videos on digital art.

Best of luck to ya :- )
