So, is your question how do you animate in blender? The answer is you go watch hours of videos teaching you how, practice many more hours, fail a lot (really). No forum answer can train you effectively.

Is your question how to take an existing animation from blender and import it into Roblox? The answer is likely the import rig plug in, using the “custom” option.
