This beta just rolled out to 5% of users by default, that’s what you’re seeing.
If you look in Studio settings under the new “Selection” section there’s toggles for various parts of the new behavior such as the extra visuals and how Tilt / Rotate are animated.
Though I would recommend leaving it on for a bit and seeing if you like it.
