How do I get 700 player servers?

I want to have 700 player servers for my game : ), I dont know how to get 700 player servers, but I really want it. Really Badly. I thought that I need to get ID verified, but I’m not sure if that is correct so can you guys help me : D

I think you got to be in the beta program. I could be wrong but I think they stopped adding people. I don’t know why.
