How do I make a typing Status in bubble chat

Hello I would like to ask you guy that I want to make a typing status in bubble chat when player are typing like Royale High game. Can you guy tell me ewhere should I start and make it please.

How to tell if a player is typing in the chat?

I have keybinds that I want to disable when the player is typing in the chat. I already have a way how. I just need a way to detect when a player is typing.
