How do i make a wall running feature

I want to make a wall running feature similar to Shindo Life wall running.

I been looking for awhile now and I could not find anything helpful. so what do I need to make something like that?(like does it require raycasting or bodygryo?)

(It my first post, please tell me if i made any mistakes. Thanks!)

Thanks it works. it was also pretty easy to make a whitelist system for it.
