How Do I tween a model?

You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

1. What do you want to achieve? A Model of around 20 parts being tweened

2. What is the issue?

   
   how would I tween this model?

3. What solutions have you tried so far? I have tried To tween it like that however only the part I said to tween tweened, I have tried welding them still nothing?

I am just interested on how to tween a model as a collective all parts on one script essentially (easy if possible)
