How do I use a specific character from the marketplace?

So if I get a character ID from the marketplace, can I make the player load that character?
Also can I maybe download the character models from the marketplace? I use btroblox but the download button doesn’t appear on characters.

Edit: I know it’s possible because some game did it. Also the roblox AI thing really likes giving me misinformation.
