How should I learn Blender?

I created this in 5 hours while following a tutorial. The bike took 2 hours out of the 5.

I have already had some experience with blender, but most of them were made in a very complicated long way. Like I created a hot sauce bottle with 2 cylinders and a cone when I could’ve used just one cylinder.
