get premium and set your account to under 13, and suddenly you’re immune to large bans

interesting, my main account is still locked to under 13 and has premium, and ive still gotten false bans accompanied with denied appeals
I don’t know if its just me but it’s been the opposite. When I got over 13 I still got bans but less.
Isn’t whispering still moderated aswell? I guess that there’s a less likely chance due to no one being able to report you for it other than your friend.
Also does roblox have some sort of radar system? I figured out that if you get banned once then for like a month or two roblox puts you on some sort of ban wave and if you get reported for even something remotely bad you will be moderated. But after a few months I guess they let you off and forgive your bans?

Don’t upload any DMCA’d (copyrighted) assets on your account. (Roblox takes this kind of violation very seriously)

Don’t steal anyone’s credit card (Even if it was your parents’ credit card) and buy Robux with it, because Roblox will contact the card owner, telling them: Someone (you) used your credit card to buy Robux. Did you give them permission? Of course they didn’t give you permission. If the card owner said No, your account is banned forever, and the card owner will be refunded.

Don’t get in arguments with kids in game. Don’t talk in chat when it is unnecessary, becauuse Roblox bans people for the simplest messages, like Hi, Gg, Yes ( I also once got warned because I said ok in the chat. ). Why would you even want to talk in chats? Many people playing Roblox are kids, and they’re annoying. Just play the game you like in peace, without wanting to chat anyone. Even if someone harassed you or insulted you, just shut up because one little insult like bad or stupid can get you banned or even terminated. What you should do is report the insulter saying This guy insulted me saying [the insult word] , check chat logs for proof.
I myself started to shut my mouth up when playing, and will keep doing it forever, or at least until Roblox fixes their moderation system. -
Avoid using voice chat in-game at all cost.

Don’t upload any assets or make any games which may sound inappropriate for AI, like players laying down, because Roblox will think your game is inappropriate.

Try to be as vague as possible. Don’t do things which sound suspicious (e.g Trading items, trading Robux)

Whenever you want to make something but sounds suspicious, think like an AI. Say What would AI’s opinion be on this? Will they think it’s bad?

Don’t create alt accounts just for the purpose of breaking the rules. This is very risky.

Private any useless experience created on your profile, even the one which Roblox created for you when you had joined Roblox for the first time ( [Your Username]'s Place )

Don’t exploit or cheat in games, especially that there’s a huge ban wave to players who exploit in games these days. Roblox now detects the executors Wave and Electron and many others. Never exploit in games.

Don’t be a Roblox kid who tries to hack Roblox or builderman’s accounts.

Secure your account as much as possible, because if Roblox detects that your account has been compromised or hacked, it’ll be closed.

Never ever use the same email and/or phone number on more than one account.

Many of you may not agree with me in this point, but don’t create alt accounts in general, even if it was development-related (Even if you use alt accounts and upload assets on them to use the assets on your main account). This may get your main account in trouble, especially if you uploaded ONE asset on your alt accounts which Roblox considers ‘inappropriate’.
Here’s a picture of one of my alt accounts getting deleted for creating ONLY three alt accounts.
Luckily, this alt account was the chosen one to be terminated. My main account could’ve gotten terminated…
Since then, I haven’t created any alt accounts and I’ve deactivated my existing ones.

He knows for a fact that he got banned for something else and he will not sit here and read these lies, roblox moderation did not ban him for saying hi, he obviously did something else.
It simple: Keep your mouth shut don’t break Roblox TOS
