If I am offering only a percentage payment, what should I stress most when I’m searching for scripters? I unfortunately don’t have large-scale past projects to show, and I don’t have a great amount of funds, so in my position it obviously is difficult. My current plan is to wait until a major chunk of the building is complete before I look for a scripter for a current project, but this has made me reconsider.

If you’re offering percentage only trust and faith in the project are the two most important things. Stress that they will be getting part of the profits, but more importantly describe exactly what you’re expecting the project to entail, and be open to alterations of what you were planning on doing
