How to make a "Empire Clash" game?

Does anybody know how to make a “Empire Clash” game?
game: :crown: Empire Clash - Roblox

for example; making a musket/gun shop, the ability to chop down trees and sell ores, and doing so contributes to the economy of the kingdom. and people can become the king or whatnot

This is kind of not what you should be asking in Dev Forums (scripting support). First do what you can, then ask the Dev Forum for specific kind of help. You could just make what the game did.
