How to make backpack easier for mobile?

I see many games have it to where the backpack on mobile will have many tools, but the inventory will be disabled and instead there is a scrollbar under the toolbar where instead of going to the inventory you scroll through all your tools with the scrollbar through the toolbar

so the hotbar that has the black squares with the tools and they have numbers instead of having an inventory you can open inventory is disabled and there is scrollbar you scroll through tools in the hotbar

how can i do this and is there a better way to change the backpack and make it easier for mobile

no it is the default roblox inventory / hotbar but somehow people can modify it and remove inventory and add scrollbar by hotbar
