WOW!! 74 likes, and over 2.6k views! i’m amazed! I hope that this tutorial really helped everyone. If you know some builders who have not heard of PBR yet, or don’t know how to use it, be sure to tell them about this post!

Once again, thank you to everyone

im trying to put the texture in the program but it wont load

I assume you mean materialize?

EDIT: Pressed the wrong save button :stuck_out_tongue:

When I open the material (which I made sure to convert to a png) it goes black for some reason? The texture shapes are rectangles, but I don’t know if that’s what’s wrong here.

Good to hear its resolved :grinning:

Try PNG, and if that doesn’t work, use BMP.

Those are the ones that i use.

Are you using the avatar evolution build?

its rather outdated now, and if you are doing it in normal studio, make sure to have it enabled in your beta settings

i use normal studio and its only work for mesh for now i guess…

It says that it can only be in a meshpart, SurfaceAppearance, which is weird.

well yes, the tut is outdated. they can only reside in meshparts now.
