How to rotate and pivot a gui to be the length of two points?

Basically right im learning derivative math in boblox and i got my gradient and stuff working

Basically what I want to do is draw a ray between those two points (a ray is basically like a line tha goes on forever in math) but like i dont know how to do this in 3d space without cframes let alone 2d. Pls help

I can understand that for fixed points but how would i go about for dynamically moving frames without having to constantly destroy > add
