i selected the primary part pressed the weld icon and welded all the other parts by clicking them

that solved one problem now for the other when i try to move it it teleports back to its old position
Can you explain more exactly how you move? You also need to change the position/CFrame of the PrimaryPart

Send a script that changes the position/CFrame so I can figure out what’s wrong
i didnt change the model at all its the same as downloaded
Try to start the animation manually (add Up:Play() to the script at the end) and go into the game, if it works, then there is an error in the data transfer (event) or local script or I misunderstood you?
Set the PrimaryPart to the preferred origin part of the rotation, weld all parts to the primary part, make all parts except primary part unanchored.
the manual doesnt work the problem is if i try to move the model then press v to make it go up or down the model will move itself to its old position the goes up or down
This will only happen if you move on the client, if done on the server everything will be fine
